Refund and Returns Policy
Dine-In Orders
If there is any issue with the food or service during your dine-in experience:
Please inform our staff immediately.
We will do our best to resolve the issue on the spot with a replacement or suitable adjustment.
Takeaway (Pickup) Orders
If you receive the wrong item or if your food is not up to expected quality:
Contact us within 30 minutes of pickup.
We may offer a replacement or store credit after verifying the issue.
Note: Food must not be consumed beyond a few bites to qualify for a return or refund.
Delivery Orders
If your order arrives incorrect, missing items, or not as described:
Please notify us within 30 minutes of delivery.
We may offer:
A replacement
Refund (full or partial, based on the issue)
Credit for your next order
Photos may be required for verification in some cases.
No Refunds For:
Orders placed by mistake without notifying us immediately.
Change of mind after food preparation has started.
Complaints made several hours after receiving the order.
