Dine-In Orders

If there is any issue with the food or service during your dine-in experience:

  • Please inform our staff immediately.

  • We will do our best to resolve the issue on the spot with a replacement or suitable adjustment.


Takeaway (Pickup) Orders

If you receive the wrong item or if your food is not up to expected quality:

  • Contact us within 30 minutes of pickup.

  • We may offer a replacement or store credit after verifying the issue.

  • Note: Food must not be consumed beyond a few bites to qualify for a return or refund.


Delivery Orders

If your order arrives incorrect, missing items, or not as described:

  • Please notify us within 30 minutes of delivery.

  • We may offer:

    • A replacement

    • Refund (full or partial, based on the issue)

    • Credit for your next order

  • Photos may be required for verification in some cases.


No Refunds For:

  • Orders placed by mistake without notifying us immediately.

  • Change of mind after food preparation has started.

  • Complaints made several hours after receiving the order.
